Malvern, PA – In the beginning of August the Art Ability committee completed the jury process for the 17th annual Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Art Ability Exhibition and Sale. This year’s Art Ability Exhibition features over 300 pieces of art by 200 artists from 33 states and 6 foreign countries. Among the works that will be on exhibition and available for sale is Straits by Ralph Mindicino of Astoria, NY. Each year a featured work is selected by the Art Ability Committee to bring attention to the mission of the program and illustrate the artist’s desire to overcome tremendous odds and significant challenges through hard work and artistry.
The exhibition will open with a premier Preview Reception on Saturday, November 3 from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, 414 Paoli Pike, Malvern, PA. The reception will offer guests the first opportunity to view and purchase works by our exhibiting artists while enjoying wine, coffee, hors d’oeuvres and delicious desserts. Purchase individual tickets for the Preview Reception for $65 by contacting Sharine Davis at 484-596-5607. The exhibition and sale dates will begin on Sunday, November 4, and Art Ability will remain open each day, free of charge until January 20, 2013.
